Traveller from Bantry stayed in October,2009

Guest Comment:
Premises seem well worn although clean. There is no lift which means that there are two flights of stairs up to breakfast which is a problem for people like my wife who has difficulty with steps. Service in the restaurant the evening we were there was poor and slow - there just did not appear to enough staff on. We were told that 'the chef was very busy'. Both check in and check out were very slow, again there did not seem to be enough staff to handle the guests.

Top Tip:
It has a useful location being serviced by two Hoppa buses, one for terminal 5 and 1 for terminals 1,2 & 3. We used the hoppa bus to get to Terminal 2 and then the underground to Town and another bus to get us to and from Terminal 5 when we arrive
